bOARD OF DIRECTORS

Diego is an engineer, and sustainability and innovation expert specialized in development of solutions for small island states.  He is currently a Doctoral candidate at the KU Leuven and researcher in the University of Aruba. Diego has worked on the development of technological solutions related to marine energy, and marine-based floating solar PV electricity generation. 

He is founder of Eneda Engineering Services VBA, and co-founder of Bluerise BV, now part of Allseas Engineering BV, working on OTEC Technology.  He has worked on optimal energy mix for island nations, and in industrial ecological systems with multiple-input and multiple-outs strategies towards development of a circular economy in the Caribbean.
